A significant milestone for professionals in the real estate sector is achieved with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Professional Realtors Association of Nashik (PRAN) and the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO Nashik).
The MOU was signed by Sunil Gawade, President of NAREDCO Nashik, and Vikrant Avhad, President of PRAN. Shantanu Deshpande, Secretary of NAREDCO Nashik, and Nitin Kotkar, Secretary of PRAN, Balasaheb Pardhe, Additional District Collector of Nashik were also present.
This strategic collaboration is expected to unlock new opportunities for the real estate industry in Nashik. It will strengthen the relationship between builders and real estate professionals, providing extensive business prospects for the members of both organizations. The MOU aims to enhance coordination between real estate developers and agents, ultimately accelerating growth in the sector.
Through this partnership, members of NAREDCO Nashik and PRAN will gain access to special projects and valuable insights on emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and market trends from industry experts. Various workshops, seminars, and training programs will be organized to enhance professional knowledge and credibility within the industry.
During the closing remarks, Sunil Gawade, President of NAREDCO Nashik, and Vikrant Avhad, President of PRAN, expressed their satisfaction with the positive impact this agreement is expected to bring.
