Featuring lip-smacking delicacies from three Asian countries, viz, Japan, China, and Thailand, the food carnival promises to offer unforgettable food, fun, and entertainment, along with a few special surprises, and is being presented in the city, from the 4th till the 13th November at ‘The Grill’ by Executive Chef Abhijit Chakraborty.

Why is the food festival called Tri Asia?
The menu encompasses dishes from three Asian countries, namely, China, Japan, and Thailand, and only authentic Chinese, Japanese, and Thai ingredients are being used, hence the name Tri Asia. Nothing like this has been done in the city previously and no generic dishes would have done justice to the preparation of the different delicacies that are here on display. Not deviating from the original recipe, but using all ingredients which are used in these three countries, we are trying to do our best in preparing several dishes that we are sure guests will take pleasure in expressed Chef Abhijit.
